On an endless quest to uncover the tastiest, freshest beer, we began crafting our own. Over the last year we designed and built UnderCover Ale Works, and became the only operating craft brewery in Plumas County. We are passionate brewers, using ample amounts of quality ingredients to produce ales that we love to drink.
